A big thank you to you and Caroline for making my stay at Hornbill Legends a
blessing.

I always enjoy the time, but it is always too short.

Hornbill Lodge and Legends

The stay at Hornbill Lodge and Legends was truly an exceptional and much needed time away. The Owner of the Lodge (Cobie) knows just how to add that special personal and romantic touch to a couples stay. The rooms are immaculately kept and there is ample supply of wonderful hot water. The staff were all very neatly presented and very accommodating and helpful. The food was awesome!!!! In closing we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will recommend a visit at Hornbill to all!!!

The place is great.

The food was excellent, the absence of comfortable outdoor seating was regrettable. The decor average, but the setting of the lodge is outstanding - utilising the beauty of the forest to great effect resulting in a happy and peaceful retreat.

Rooms were adequate. Restaurant was a complete joke - very poor menu and took up to 2 hours to get food. Manager has absolutely no idea how to handle people. Cleaning staff very poorly supervised.
This was not a quiet getaway at all. Expensive for what one got. Will never return and not a credit to your site or the Magalies Meander.
